PS系列制砂機(jī)是主動(dòng)將玄武石、鵝軟石、安山石、花崗巖等骨材破碎，用干式法生產(chǎn)人工砂。本系列制砂機(jī)由機(jī)械本體，進(jìn)料管，反擊板，帶有轉(zhuǎn)子的立軸以及電動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)成。在機(jī)械本體內(nèi)部安裝的反擊板，由高鉻鑄鐵制成，耐磨性強(qiáng)，并不用螺栓緊固、更換方便。在物料投入口的兩側(cè)，安裝有空氣循環(huán)裝置，使轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)，在循環(huán)裝置內(nèi)循環(huán)，以減少排到外面的灰塵量。轉(zhuǎn)子裝有耐磨套襯墊板，以增加壽命，并可以減少機(jī)械本體磨損部件的數(shù)量，降低了運(yùn)行成本。高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子，由于調(diào)整了平衡，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了低噪音，低振動(dòng)。

PS series Sand Marking Machine is used for crushing, pebble, andesite, granite etc into manufactured sand by dry method. This series Sand Marking Machine consists of body, feeding tube, impacting plate. vertical shaft rotor and motor，The impaction plate is made from special high-Cr cast with high wearing property, fastening without bolts. easier replacing. Equipped with air circling unit reducing dust discharging. The rotor fitted with wearing pad to prolong service life, to reduce quantity of damageable parts and to reduce running cost. The high speed rotor is balanced to realize lower noise and lower vibration.

PS系列制砂機(jī)破碎原理
待破碎物料從頂部的物料投入口投入，落到高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子中心部位。落下的物料在轉(zhuǎn)子的強(qiáng)大離心力作用下，以高速被拋出，撞擊到主機(jī)內(nèi)部的反擊板被擊碎。在安裝反擊板時(shí)，使拋出的物料與反擊板成直角撞擊，以使發(fā)揮它優(yōu)異的破碎性能。被粉碎的人工砂，從制砂機(jī)的下部排除機(jī)外。

The material to be crushed is fed into machine from the feed opening of top,and fall down onto the central section of rotor rotating with high speed.Then it is thrown out with high speed by the strong centrifugal force of rotor .colliding with the impacting plate and crushed.The installed impacting plate shall be colliding with material to be crushed in right angle giving full play of excellent crushing performance.The manufactured sand with proper size is discharging out below the machine.

注：上表的能力是指堆密度為1.6t/m3的一般砂巖，安山巖作為破碎物料的情況下，數(shù)據(jù)會(huì)因物料的性質(zhì)，水分等變化而變化。上表中所列的是可以破碎物料的給料尺寸上限，但從破碎效率和易損件的壽命考慮，希望提供<15mm (寬度尺寸)的物料。

Note:the value shown on above table is based on bulk of 1.6t/m3and taking andesite as example,the actual production may depend on actual material. moisture etc.In view of output and service life of damageable parts,it is better to feed material that 15 mm(width size).
