產品概述

懸臂斗輪堆取料機（簡稱斗輪機），是一種大型、連續、高效的散料裝卸機械。可適用于堆、取粒度0～300 mm的散狀物料，是大中型火力發電廠、碼頭、礦山、冶金、化工和大型水利工地等工礦企業儲料場專用的堆取散狀物料的優良設備。

懸臂式斗輪取料機主要由行走機構、門架、回轉機構、上部鋼結構、臂式輸送機、斗輪機構、尾車、潤滑系統、俯仰系統、電氣系統、噴淋除塵系統和檢測限位裝置組成。大車行走、回轉、俯仰、斗輪傳動、懸臂膠帶機等傳動機構之間有聯鎖安全保護。工作時，取料機沿著軌道行進，并能改變臂架的回轉、俯仰角度。懸臂式斗輪取料機是由斗輪挖掘機發展而來，它能與堆料機和輸送機一起組成自動運輸系統，節約成本，隨著經濟的快速發展，堆取料機的需求也越來越大。

按理論生產能力，斗輪堆取料機可分為以下幾種:

(1）輕型生產率在630m3/h 以下

(2）中型生產率為630~2500m3/h

(3）大型生產率為2500~5000m3/h

(4）特大型生產率為5000~10000m3/h

(5）巨型生產率在10000 m3/h 以上

我公司的懸臂斗輪(堆)取料機，其臂長范圍為20-60m，堆取料能力范圍為200-11000t/h。此設備廣泛應用于條型原料場。

性能特點

1、懸臂斗輪(堆)取料機集堆、輸送、挖掘多重功能于一體，效率高。將挖掘機構與運輸機構有機組合在一起，取料、堆料、輸送，配合作業。

2、能耗低。物料的運輸采用阻力小的帶式輸送機。
